Be sure to: * create separate programs for developmental and competitive LYS (requested by Chris Sameck to facilitate financial reporting) * change minimum age for rec divisions to be younger by 11 months (the max) * run a Division Details report to verify all closed/open dates and birth dates Process for opening registration: * clone the registration from the previous year. Dates will increase by 1 year. * Use Open All / Close All at the top of the page to set the correct registration/game days * delete grades 6 and above * Change name of each division to "{club-abbreviation} {grade} {gender} * IMPORTANT: use numbered grades (1st, 2nd) instead of written grades (First, Second) so that reports will be in order. By default, reports order fields alphabetically. * drag divisions to put the table in the correct order. * For every division after kinder, increase the minimum age by 1 year * the default month of July incorrectly assigns August birthdates to a younger grade. * some kids want to play up * Set the price for each division * For each division beyond kinder, click advanced (this is tedious) * set late fee start date. * enable waitlist. * when the normal registration period ends (eg Feb 28 for spring) set the max participants based on how many teams you will register.
