Make a square playing area with cones.  Bigger area makes it harder to tag.

2 people are "it" at the start.  They hold hands, and try to tag another kid without letting go of eachother.  The kid that they tag becomes part of their "blob".

When a blob grows to 4 kids, it splits into 2 blobs of 2 kids.

Continue until the last kid is caught.

This game is really fun and kids love it.  They '''have to work as a team''' to catch the last few players.  

WATCH OUT FOR:

 * kids that aren't playing.  don't let them ruin a blob, they should sit on the side if they are tired.
 * kids that run outside the boundary.  if they go outside the area, they join the blob.

DOWNSIDES

 * no ball in this game, but it has a '''lot''' of running and teamwork
