Registration progress will be shared in a google spreadsheet similar to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TdAV5dF45i84RaVJ-_t9228TiFLjNj0Jk1QQWXyaRvc/edit#gid=595465218

The process for exporting this data from Playmetrics:

  * Log in to playmetrics as admin
  * select Programs->Programs on the left menu
  * filter the programs in the upper right to find the upcoming season (eg with 'hsc')
  * click on the name of the program
  * In the 'More Actions' button on the top right, select 'Export Responses'.  This generates a spreadsheet that you will use to populate the registration google sheet
  * Open the spreadsheet in excel or libreoffice calc.
  * Delete all columns except 
    * player_first_name	
    * player_last_name	
    * gender
    * registered_on
    * package_name
    * volunteer_head_coach
    * volunteer_assistant_coach
    * volunteer_team_manager
  * Sort by 'registered_on' to remove rows that you have already included
  * Add Coaches to the spreadsheet
  * copy player data to the correct tab in the spreadsheet
  * update the title of the spreadsheet to indicate the date it was last updated.

The details in this spreadsheet are fine to share publicly.
