As admin, create a season for the registration:

 * select teams->seasons->add season
 * Choose a season name using template "<year> <season> PYSA Rec"
  * this makes it easy to sort and find seasons
 * select the start/end days based on the PYSA registrar details


As admin, Duplicate the program from the previous season:

 * select programs -> {previous program} -> ... (on far right) -> duplicate
 * Choose the program name template, "<year> <season> LYS Rec".  Select "League Program" for recreational soccer.
 * choose the season that you created in the first step
 * update the following details in all divisions:
   * all mentions of the previous season in description(spring/fall)
   * Season Dates
   * division price
   * birthdate restrictions by one year (if creating fall season)
   * remove limits on division player counts
   * number of practices in each division description
