As admin, create a season for the registration:

• select teams->seasons->add season

• Choose a season name using template "<year> <season> PYSA Rec"

  • this makes it easy to sort and find seasons
• select the start/end days based on the PYSA registrar details

As admin, Duplicate the program from the previous season:

• select programs -> {previous program} -> ... (on far right) -> duplicate

• Choose the program name template, "<year> <season> LYS Rec". Select "League Program" for recreational soccer.

• choose the season that you created in the first step
• update the following details in all divisions:
  • all mentions of the previous season in description(spring/fall)
  • Season Dates
  • division price
  • birthdate restrictions by one year (if creating fall season)
  • remove limits on division player counts
  • number of practices in each division description
