As admin, create a season for the registration:
select teams->seasons->add season
Choose a season name using template "<year> <season> PYSA Rec"
- this makes it easy to sort and find seasons
- select the start/end days based on the PYSA registrar details
As admin, Duplicate the program from the previous season:
select programs -> {previous program} -> ... (on far right) -> duplicate
Choose the program name template, "<year> <season> LYS Rec". Select "League Program" for recreational soccer.
- choose the season that you created in the first step
- update the following details in all divisions:
- all mentions of the previous season in description(spring/fall)
- Season Dates
- division price
- birthdate restrictions by one year (if creating fall season)
- remove limits on division player counts
- number of practices in each division description
