As admin, create a season for the registration:

  • select teams->seasons->add season

  • Choose a season name using template "<year> <season> PYSA Rec"

    • this makes it easy to sort and find seasons
  • select the start/end days based on the PYSA registrar details

As admin, Duplicate the program from the previous season:

  • select programs -> {previous program} -> ... (on far right) -> duplicate
