To shift a player from 1B to 2B:

 * log in as admin
 * choose 'players' tab on the left
 * use the search window to find the player by name
 * click on the player to edit the player details
 * use the 'Player Options' button to remove the player from existing/wrong teams (eg 1B)
 * use the 'Add to Team' button to put them in the correct division (eg 2B academy)
 * if the destination division is an academy, click on the academy and assign the player to a team using 'pool assignments'
