For PYSA and OYSA registrars to schedule games, LYS teams must be available in Affinity. LYS has several administrators with the capability to edit teams in Affinity:

  • Kester Wise
  • Mark Janes
  • Ashley Yandt

The process of creating teams in affinity is manual. For PYSA team imports, work from the PYSA scheduling request spreadsheet and create each team with the matrix creation tool. A video showing this process is here:
