The HSC Treasurer oversees our ~70k annual finances. Their primary role is:

  • Maintain an accurace picture of finances and report on them at each board meeting
  • Review and approve expenditures, and pay invoices (eg from PYSA, PPS, PP&R, and Tursi)

  • File taxes on time each year
  • Ensure the safe management of the $90k that the club will accumulate from registration fees over the next 10 years toward replacement of the Chapman turf.

This job requires someone who is happy dealing with accounts and taxes. Chris Sameck has been doing this job for over 10 years, but he no longer has kids in HSC.

HSC urgently needs to recruit a treasurer for the club to continue to provide soccer to our community.
