Before COVID, HSC would put on a big party the weekend of the first games.  The club would attend and play micro-games between divisions all over Wallace and Chapman.  The following components were included in the event:

 * Dunk tank (rented)
 * Bounce house (rented)
 * BBQ 
   * rented large commercial grill
   * rented tables and chairs
   * rented sno cone machine
   * burgers/dogs/brats/drinks/slaw/potato salad from US Foods Chef store.  Check to make sure they accept returns of unused food.
 * Equipment exchange / information table
 * Schedule of 20 minutes games between divisions, on 12 small fields.

The last jamboree included FHSC, VSC, and SSC.  Because we didn't know who would show up, teams were made ad-hoc.

The event is a blast and builds our club culture.  It takes 10 volunteers to do everything.  You need a pickup truck or a van to get all the BBQ rental equipment.
