The Fields coordinator works with PP&R, PPS, and PYSA to reserve fields for practices and games.  They survey coaches at the start of each season to establish practice times that work for everyone.

Challenges in this job are:

 * You have to make reservations WAAAY in advance each year, and assume that PPS/PP&R lost your reservation request until it is granted.
 * Coaches can sometimes be inflexible about practice times, making it hard to be fair to everyone.
 * LYS does not have enough field time for its teams, and the coordinator will have to find a difficult compromise to share the field each season.

Alison Hardin has been the fields coordinator for HSC and LYS for many years.  Her kids have graduated from our soccer programs, and she is no longer in the role.
