The Communications Chair is responsible for communicating with parents about registration and other events.  This includes:
 * creating and sending campaigns in mailerlite as needed.
 * putting up yard signs around the school, and having signs made when needed
 * organizing appearances at the Chapman roundup.  It works great to have a couple of older LYS kids attend the standup to encourage kids to join the club.
 * putting announcement in PPS parent fliers when possible.
